Who We Are Looking For

Two Ways to Apply

Pickleball Festival has two vendor streams. Choose the one that fits your business. Each stream uses its own application form.

Food Vendors

Food trucks, prepared food stalls, and concession-style food vendors serving festival goers throughout the day. Island Health approval required. Apply through the Pickleball Festival application form.

🛍️

Market Vendors

Local makers, artisan goods, retail, apparel, beverages, pickleball merchandise, and lifestyle brands. The market is curated by our partner The Local Inc. Apply through The Local Inc vendor application.

⚠️ City of Victoria Compliance Required

All vendors operating at Pickleball Festival must hold the appropriate approvals from the City of Victoria. Please review the requirements below before applying:

City of Victoria Business Licence — required for all vendors
Island Health Approval — required for all food and beverage vendors
Fire and Safety Inspection — required for vendors using cooking equipment, propane, or open flame

Proof of these approvals will be required before the event date.
